You must:

• Use a strong, unique password for your z786 account that is not shared with any other service.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available.
• Log out of your account on shared or public devices.

Any activity conducted through your z786 account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility unless and until you have reported an unauthorised access incident to z786 in accordance with this clause. z786 accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

You must keep your registered contact details, including your email address and Pakistani mobile number, accurate and up to date at all times. z786 communicates important account notifications, security alerts, and KYC requests through registered contact details. Missed communications arising from outdated contact information are not the responsibility of z786.

z786 accepts deposits denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts may vary by payment method and are displayed on the deposit page of your account dashboard.

Deposit Processing: Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are credited to your z786 PKR wallet within minutes of transaction confirmation on the payment provider's network. Bank transfer deposits (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank) are subject to standard interbank processing times and may take up to one (1) business day to reflect. All games available on the z786 platform — including live casino tables, RNG slots, cricket sportsbook markets, and instant games — operate according to their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with the specific rules, return-to-player (RTP) percentages, and bet limits applicable to each game before placing wagers.

RNG Certification: All random number generator (RNG) based games on z786 are sourced from certified third-party game providers and are subject to independent testing and certification to ensure fair and random outcomes. z786 does not operate its own RNG engine for casino-style games.

The following actions are expressly prohibited on the z786 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

z786 employs active fraud detection systems. Accounts flagged by these systems may be temporarily suspended pending manual review. z786 will communicate with the account holder via their registered email address during any such review process.

• Copy, reproduce, republish, or distribute any z786 content without prior written consent.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software forming part of the z786 platform.
• Use the z786 brand name or logo in any context that implies endorsement, affiliation, or partnership without express written authorisation from z786.

Any intellectual property rights not expressly granted under these Terms are reserved by z786.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, z786 and its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the z786 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds due to gambling outcomes.
• Loss of data or account access due to technical failure.
• Losses arising from internet connectivity issues on your end.
• Losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms.
• Losses arising from the actions of third-party payment providers.

z786's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to their z786 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

The z786 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. z786 makes no warranties, express or implied, as to the uninterrupted availability of the platform, the accuracy of odds or game outcomes, or the fitness of the platform for any particular purpose beyond its stated function as an entertainment platform.

Closure by Player: You may close your z786 account at any time by submitting a closure request to [email protected] from your registered email address. Upon receipt of a valid closure request, z786 will process any outstanding balance via your registered withdrawal method, subject to KYC completion and the clearance of any pending wagering requirements attached to active bonus funds.

Closure by z786: z786 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its discretion, with immediate effect and without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The player has engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
• The player has provided false identity or age information.
• The player is subject to a self-exclusion order.
• Continued operation of the account poses a regulatory, legal, or reputational risk to z786.

Where an account is closed by z786 due to a breach of these Terms, any balance held in the account at the time of closure may be withheld pending investigation. Where a breach involves fraud or deliberate misrepresentation, balances may be permanently forfeited.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which z786 holds its international gaming licence. By accepting these Terms, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process described below.

The revised Terms will become effective on the date specified in the notification.

Your continued use of the z786 platform following the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and close your account before the effective date of the changes.
